Saturday: Presentations, panel discussions, workshops & poster sessions about a range of topics (see below)
Sunday: Doors Open 8:15  /  Conference 9:00 - 13:00
Sunday: Workshops about self care, mindfulness, and empowerment

1,500 yen per day or 2,000 yen for both days (Please pay at the door) 
Free of charge to those under 25 years old

Parents, young people, mental health professionals, teachers and all others are very warmly invited to a weekend of talks, panel discussions and workshops.

Creating Connections 2022 will be an opportunity for people from a variety of backgrounds to make connections, share information and resources and talk about a range of topics, including:​
  • Emotional Wellbeing & Mental Health
  • Safety (Bullying, domestic violence, sexual violence)
  • Cyber-Bullying & Online Awareness
  • LGBTQ+-Related Topics
  • Disability and empowerment (Zapping barriers)
  • Autism Spectrum & Learning Differences
  • Multicultural Identity

Details:
  • The venue has wheelchair access.
  • There will be English, Japanese, and Portuguese interpreting for most of the sessions, and please let us know when you register if you would like interpreting in another language.
  • Light refreshments will be provided. 
  • Lunch may be purchased at the venue, or you are welcome to bring your own.
