Parents, young people, mental health professionals, teachers, researchers, community activists, and all others are very warmly invited to a weekend of talks, panel discussions and workshops..

Creating Connections 2022 will be an opportunity for people from a variety of backgrounds to make connections, share information and resources and talk about a range of topics, including:​
  • Emotional Wellbeing & Mental Health
  • Safety (Bullying, Domestic Violence, Sexual Violence)
  • Cyber-Bullying & Online Awareness
  • LGBTQ+-Related Topics
  • Disability and Empowerment (Zapping Barriers)
  • Autism Spectrum & Learning Differences
  • Multicultural Identity
​And:
  • The venue has wheelchair access.
  • There will be English, Japanese, and Portuguese interpreting for most of the sessions.
  • Please let us know when you register if you would like interpreting in another language.
  • Light refreshments will be provided. 
  • Lunch may be purchased at the venue, or you are welcome to bring your own.

Os pais, os jovens, profissionais na área da saúde mental, professores, pesquisadores, ativistas comunitários e todos os outros são muito calorosamente convidados para um fim de semana de conversas, painéis de discussão e workshops.
